钢瓶内壁喷丸机工作原理：
钢瓶水平放置在气瓶内壁喷丸机的上料架上，钢瓶内壁喷丸机上料气缸工作钢瓶上料，同时液压升降台升降将4件钢瓶步进到翻转架位置，液压升降台下落，推进汽缸将钢瓶和自转装置接触，翻转气缸工作，将钢瓶翻转呈一定角度定位，与钢瓶内壁清理机的室体罩壳吻合；喷枪在喷枪移动装置的带动下沿轨道平移进入钢瓶内部，抛丸机，喷枪喷丸同时钢瓶自转机构开始工作，钢瓶自转；喷枪在钢瓶内移动喷丸后，停止喷丸，喷枪喷出高压气体将钢瓶内弹丸及附着的灰尘吹落，喷枪移出钢瓶内壁清理机瓶体，喷枪停止；钢瓶内壁清理机翻转气缸工作，将钢瓶翻转至水平状态后推进汽缸将钢瓶和自转装置脱离，下料搭桥气缸进行下料搭桥，液压升降台钢瓶托起，推进气缸将4件钢瓶步进卸料同时4件钢瓶又步进上料到钢瓶内壁清理机，整个工作过程产生的灰尘由钢瓶内壁清理机除尘系统吸附回落，达到环保要求。
